What does one headshot credit cover?
One person in one session, with an allowance of five processed looks and final downloads. A look is a processed photo using a chosen capture, background and style. Photographing the same person in a new session uses another credit.
When is a credit used?
A credit is reserved when you add or invite a person, and used when their first photo starts processing. An unopened invitation does not spend a credit; removing that person before processing releases the reservation.
Can we try it before a full team rollout?
Yes. Select one person and ask about a pilot. You can review the capture and delivery experience before planning a larger session. Studio is in early access, so our team will confirm availability.
What if someone needs more looks?
Retaking a capture before processing does not use a processed look. Once the included allowance is used, the organiser can approve another set using an additional headshot credit. Extra processing always needs an approved allowance.
Do we need a subscription?
Companies can use core Studio with prepaid headshot credits and no mandatory subscription. Additional storage or account features may require a paid plan. White-label partner rates require partner approval and a qualifying paid plan.
How does white-label partner pricing work?
Partner pricing is for photography businesses delivering sessions to third-party clients. Apply to discuss your volume, branding needs and plan. You agree your own pricing with your clients and invoice them directly; the public team rates are separate from your partner offer.
